The diversity, it creates a unified environment which allows for everyone to feel welcome.

The interviewers. Both made it relaxing to be yourself and the questions gave everyone a chance to shine.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with and the customers. It has a family feel and its a joy to be there.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are extremely helpful, and they constantly give feedback and reviews so an employee is able to become better at their job, allowing one to gain experience, raises, levels, and hours.
