The way my manager explained things to me and made a point to put everything out on the table and told me how things run .

They help us out when we need us and give us feedback on how we are doing and what we could do to boost us up some :)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The interaction between employee and the customers and the general environment and group together is very positive and we just try to keep everything moving so that the customer is happy and our job is done and done right.
