In-N-Out Burger has been my place of employment for the past 31 years. There are many facets to this company. They care about their associates, the customer, and the community. We are well-trained and made to feel valued. We are also better paid than most other burger chains. I love my job!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel like our management team genuinely cares about the well-being of each person who works at our store.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It's been so long since I've interviewed, but I have heard that the interview process is very friendly and they want to get to know who you are and why you wnat to work for In-N-Out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that most of them have come up in the company the same way that I have. It makes them relatable and it shows that lofty goals are attainable. They care about the asscicate and the comapny.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think that the most positive thing is that we are able to take care of the customer and make them happy. We are trained in the "culture of yes" which makes it easier to make immediate decisions in order to satisfiy that customer.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy about always having this job. It seems to be recession/pandemic proof. I am happy about unequivocally knowing what my job is and what is expected of me. I know my job inside and out. Communication within our company is excellent!
