Not much, they lack communication skills
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coworkers get along very well
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working with my coworkers they are friendly and nice to be around.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the exception is a few managers, everyone belittles you and are quick to throw you under the bus. Also I am a level 3 and have been getting paid at level 2 rate.
