I am undervalued and I am worked past being tired on a typical day at work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The store managers are expected to help and due to their salaries are motivated to keep their stores in great shape. However there is little interaction with the corporate team, and despite the claims. In-N-Out associates have little say on working conditions and changes.
