Very low PTO benefits given level of experience/seniority; no bonus opportunity except of managers/directors & above. Expensive health insurance benefits.

Those who have been there a while form a great team. They are able to deal with stress with humour.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I met with three people who each had a different perspective on the job. I later learned that one of the interviewers had worked there only 2 months.
