Opportunities for advancement and recognition.

Making opportunities to advance, as well as move from team to team, more available.
Leading - Incomm leadership leads through intimidation and threats
Needs to be more inclusive, better at sharing information.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary was mostly competitive

salary is decent i guess

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company is making strides in showing employees are valued and appreciated. The company is transitioning away from the old guard and towards outsiders bringing InComm in line with modern Fintech companies.
Incomm pays below market average
Very low PTO benefits given level of experience/seniority; no bonus opportunity except of managers/directors & above. Expensive health insurance benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Recognition of a job well done.
Fun to work with helpful and great work ethic
Teamwork mentality. And my manager is always willing to help, no matter the task.
Collaboration, Comradarie, and supportive to make sure the job gets done.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly co-workers, though some are disingenuous in their dealings with others.
Teamwork and communication is strong with the people I work with.
Great environment great service great atmosphere
The company is always forward looking; scouting new business opportunities.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New leadership and some health benefits
What did you like most about the interview process?
Easy questions. Access to executives during it, too.
Informing everything hands on on everything
I met with three people who each had a different perspective on the job. I later learned that one of the interviewers had worked there only 2 months.
