Plenty of work to do. Limited opps to advance beyond 1-2 levels. Leadership tends to backstab its employees when convenient.
First and foremost, put your CustomerService support back in America! Second of all, When a consumer purchases your gift card products be sure that the money is on the cards they purchased, and it does not take 30 freaking days for them to receive it their gift card balance!
The salary was mostly competitive

The product team was awesome to help me onboard. Unfortunately, that entire team has left InComm.

Non-existent. InComm actually counts hours of "butts in seats"

abruptly - and poorly. people show up for a day at work and are immediately walked back out.

Not well. HR is good, but is not allowed to properly handle HR issues - the good old boy network dictates to HR what to do to. HR is really there to prevent InComm from being sued for discrimination and abusive behavior.

Not at all - InComm is a follower and looks to market leaders to copy ideas / products.

InComm is a sales / custom development organization. The only measure of success is sales - by any means necessary.

varies - some managers are flexible while others demand "butt in chair" for 40-50 hours / week
