Plenty of work to do. Limited opps to advance beyond 1-2 levels. Leadership tends to backstab its employees when convenient.
First and foremost, put your CustomerService support back in America! Second of all, When a consumer purchases your gift card products be sure that the money is on the cards they purchased, and it does not take 30 freaking days for them to receive it their gift card balance!
