Firing unfit F&B managers, not let Chefs steal from their employees, pay back employees for their stolen wages.
Leadership needs to check in and see who they are hiring as manager.
Consistency. Alot of promotions and terminations throughout the company. This turnover creates a loss of direction and continuity.

I work very hard as a picker and fulfill my duties + while the manager wastes money on un-needed equipment that doesn't make profit.
Burn and turn company. Not many retire from this company, none that I specifically know. Setup a retirement plan.

The actual people putting in hard work (not manager) earned my respect. They tend to look down upon range assistants and don't interact well with them.
Synergy. Never develop genuine relationships. Everyone is going in many different directions, but not working toward a singular goal.
