Inclusivity. Work events allows everyone to blow off steam
Allowed to work from home
They value your health and wellbeing. It is my experience that the company employ you for your knowledge and ability over your time, so do not clock watch you, but expect you to complete your workload. This helps with flexible working, especially for people with young families.
Everyone works as a team to get the job done.
Pretty laid back, jeans and nice shirts are typical dress code. Easy going for the most part.
