What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership are not a micromanagement group
They work very well together.
My manager enables us to do our job and gives us autonomy but with structure.
Open and accessible and committed to colleagues

What is the best part about your compensation package?
paid at normal market rate
A lot of vacation time. Healthcare benefits is comparable to state benefits cost-wise
The PTO seems to be good
I am not happy with my pay, but my benefits are good.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaborative time spent wisely and informative
My team are generally hard working, and the only shortcomings are industry knowledge shortfalls with some.
We love socialising which means when it comes to work, we all get on and enjoy being in the room together.
I am not on a team.
Great attitudes mostly and driven people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ability to work flexible hours

They value your health and wellbeing. It is my experience that the company employ you for your knowledge and ability over your time, so do not clock watch you, but expect you to complete your workload. This helps with flexible working, especially for people with young families.
Everyone works as a team to get the job done.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Straight forward interview that was more conversational. Management gave off an inspirational approach to their team.
They made me feel comfortable to help me express myself and share my skills.
