Infrrd Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

competitve package among what other companies are providing for the same post

The timely salary and insurance

Competitive salary with good benefits as much as an employee needs.

Fair pay and great benefits.

it does seem fair enough

Good distribution of fixed, variable and stock options

Great compensation & great work as well.

Its not top of the line but it is fair

The best part of my compensation package is the combination of competitive salary and additional benefits that support both personal and professional well-being.

Incentives and bonus we receive based on our performance

Still not faced yet now

The compensation package is well rounded.

Insurance Coverages have are good Paid time-off are provided

Review from Executive Dept

i am happy for that

Review from Executive Dept

They need to look more into each person work and decide the package

Review from Product Dept

Salary and health insurance for the family

I got increment last year.

Some extra compensation provided like office meal and not too much of deductions

Review from Product Dept

Good compensation but definitely scope of improvement.

Review from Engineering Dept

It's best in the competition.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Industry standard pay structure or rates

Compensation is fair, but the lack of major employee perks makes it feel less rewarding. Adding meaningful perks and benefits would enhance overall satisfaction.

Review from Engineering Dept

Will look forward to get many more in this year

Better Hike percentage for people working here from a long period is needed.

The workload has increased, and I've consistently met or exceeded expectations, yet my salary hasn't been adjusted to reflect these contributions

Review from Operations Dept

The concept of variable pay should be removed and better hikes can be given

Review from Product Dept

Pay what they deserve, just another company looking for cheap labor in the market.

It is not according to our hard work for the amount of efforts that go into it.

I never feel undervalued... But I feel with almost 8 years of work experience my package could have been way more!

Pay well for people who deserve it. Don't let loyal employees look for options just because they're not paid well.

Review from Engineering Dept

nothing, all is good as of now.

Review from Engineering Dept

Leave policy Instead of yearly bonus divide it into quaterly bonus work from home policy

Review from Engineering Dept

misjudgment unfair variable-pay timeliness effort

Review from Engineering Dept

whatever is provided should be improved then it would be the best

Review from Engineering Dept

For a person who's enriched with industry experience, the compensation and salary is comparatively lesser than similar companies.

Review from Marketing Dept

We should follow a standard to pay the employees who are joining the company. It might be possible that the Employee do not have a package as per the Industry Standards and the employee might ask for a lesser package than what he deserves.
