A new hire gets nearly double the pay for same work or when a senior gets laid off, the junior gets all the work and no increase in pay.

Industry standard pay structure or rates
Compensation is fair, but the lack of major employee perks makes it feel less rewarding. Adding meaningful perks and benefits would enhance overall satisfaction.

Since the company has gone remote, there is no bonding between co-workers, please do some physical meetups frequently. No one actually cares about you on a personal level, improve HR policies and the L&D team.
