Focusing on retention of employees, as the team is getting smaller and smaller and amount of work is exponentially growing. Continuous lack of resources has diminished trust in leadership and the organization's vision.

Pay rate is the lowest in NOVA. Need retention bonuses to keep staff

More Staffing and Resources!!!! Growth of services does not occur with less staffing and the same resources from a decade ago.

Executive Accountability and Follow Through. Less talk and more action. Everything is for show. Matching colors, big speaches, little action, and when there is follow through its exactly opposite of what they preach.
