Focusing on retention of employees, as the team is getting smaller and smaller and amount of work is exponentially growing. Continuous lack of resources has diminished trust in leadership and the organization's vision.

Pay rate is the lowest in NOVA. Need retention bonuses to keep staff
I think lowest salary should be at least 17 per hr.

More Staffing and Resources!!! Everyone is in a foul mood due to lack of staffing and resources.

Better staffing and more accountablity from management in being a team instead of empty words when left to regular team members to handle the brunt of work load.

More Staffing and Resources!!!! Growth of services does not occur with less staffing and the same resources from a decade ago.
Executive Accountability and Follow Through. Less talk and more action. Everything is for show. Matching colors, big speaches, little action, and when there is follow through its exactly opposite of what they preach.

There is a huge divide between doctor and nurses
