There is very little training and almost no support. 100% hunter with no leads provided. The office does get call ina but they go to the managers favorites and/or friends and are not based on any certain metric or seniority. Not an equitable environment

Yes. Narcissistic, inexperienced manager who retaliates when you stand up fir yourself or ask questions.

My team is great. Very nice people who come through this revolving door. Super high turn over.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They brand themselves as a people company which is an awesome concept but it is not executed well through management.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was lied to about average compensation in the office. Extremely difficult sale with little training and support. The ones getting call ins ate making money and not working as hard as those cold calling all day and weve all been here the same amount of time! Not equitable pay. DM is self serving
