Profits are all that matter. You can work your tail off to make them money but the quickly kick people to the curb for breathing wrong.

Being passed up for management for unqualified employees, unfair compensation, stressful work environment.
I am being the only one wrote up and punished for things others do been with the company for 15 years and feel I'm being forced out due to my age
Often requires work on the weekends and during PTO/LOA
Getting paid more/more lucrative annual performance raises
Coworkers are not happy either.

stop competing against each other and work as a team
Stay off cell phones and clean more often
Stay off your phone and be more considerate
They start doing their job responsibilities and being on time
Understand that people matter. Profits are easy once the team feels like they fit in.

Im a charismatic person in training. Absolutely no effort has been made to cinnect with me.
Better bonus and pay wages
New leadership including the CEO. They are clueless and could care less about their employees. Micromanaging, blame, abuse - it is not going to change until the leadership team is eliminated.
Disgruntled team members at all levels.
Employer needs to be more honest when interviewing

The restaurant plays the music too loud and I am not able to hear the customers
New GM is cutting everyone's hours is targeting only me with write ups and now threatening to fire me for doing my job as I have done for 14 years
