What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership team has no idea what they are doing. The PE firm should put an entirely new leadership team in place to actually take the company where it needs to go.
Putting in place a strategy rather than asking everyone to focus on everything, there are zero priorities and no alignment across functions. Being more direct leaders.
Be better at being transparent and more absolute. Everything is far too casual and the internal processes that have been put in place reflect that in their wild inefficiencies and logic. Possibly look at caring about you employees because benefits are a joke and so is HR
