Putting in place a strategy rather than asking everyone to focus on everything, there are zero priorities and no alignment across functions. Being more direct leaders.
Be better at being transparent and more absolute. Everything is far too casual and the internal processes that have been put in place reflect that in their wild inefficiencies and logic. Possibly look at caring about you employees because benefits are a joke and so is HR
Stock grants are very low
Compensation does not take into consideration level of experience and track record of success at prior positions. Equity compensation is significantly under market for role and company size
Improve cross-functional working and ensure we are driving changes that will benefit the whole company and not just serve the interests of a small part of the organization
There is no clear culture. Getting more political and less collegiate.
