Need to be shorter and more effective. However, management needs to walk a fine line between communicating clearly and effectively vs. commanding with no room for alternative perspectives.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think I can do a lot more, given work experience - I just need to get to the next level. I think everyone should be given a stake in the company.
