Yes, company needs to revise territory ytd quotes . Cannot place high quota and expect sales force to meet quotas wgen mist products our on severe backorder along with FDA Recalls.

Being a "young" company, we are still solidifying our culture, so far it is a culture that rewards risks that provide positive results. Respect for all co-workers is very high on our cultural list.
