For the most part we are left alone to do our work without much micromanagement, though that has started to change lately

Complete change, starting with the top. The issues goes as deep as an HR department that lies.
Integra says it is mission driven but seems to be driven by putting out fires. Always reacting to supply issues, audits, and so the company and leadership forgets its people. Maybe treat your employees better and you wouldnt have crisis after crisis.
