What makes me most happy is knowing that the work that I do ensures that products are safe and effective for patient use!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the compensation package is the benefits offered outside of health and overall compensation. Integra ensures that all employees have access to other benefits including mental and physical health benefits.

Throughout all of my interactions with the leadership team, what I enjoy most is their transparency. Having conversations with the leadership team is easy going as they are committed to connecting to employees when they can.
