What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's exciting working for such a strategic company. I don't ever feel that the ELT has paused on an aggressive growth strategy and that ensures me that we'll continue to perform well.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone I interviewed with had over 10 years of experience with the organization. That was impressive to me and I knew that's where I hoped to spend the next step of my career.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just hired 4 people on my team and had tons of conversations with recruiters about the right compensation level for those roles as well as mine. I'm not underpaid enough to look elsewhere at this point but it would be nice to see some market increases across the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have a team of hardworkers who come in every day to do their best. I enjoy building my team and developing them. I get the opportunity to do that because anytime I ask my supervisor for additional support, as long as I have a good reason, he will make sure I get it.
