They all care deeply about the work and what we do, and frequently go above and beyond.
Open minds, kind hearts, lateral thinkers, acknowledge and appreciate good ideas, easy to communicate with, aspirational, motivated and highly-driven.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People here are super smart and generous with their time and knowledge. They also know how to have fun!
What did you like most about the interview process?
The person who interviewed me was incredibly intelligent and was someone I wanted to work with and still greatly admire. He left the company six months after I commenced as he too could not stand the bureaucracy (and he was MD!).
