What do you like best about the leadership team?I think they truly care about the people as well as the success and growth of the business.
What are some of the best things about your team? They all care deeply about the work and what we do, and frequently go above and beyond.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?People here are super smart and generous with their time and knowledge. They also know how to have fun!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Putting people ahead profit margins, and stop being complicit in middle and junior employees working momentous overtime without pay, time in lieu or even a gift voucher as thanks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? The compensation would be fair if the terms of the employment contract were adhered to by both parties. There is an attitude among the executive that people are replaceable, but every time a talent leaves they fail to find a worthy person to fill the roll. Reasonable working hours is a right.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Employ leaders with true leadership qualities that inspire the team and lead by example.
