Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Top management is more concerned with their own careers instead of leading and building teams and encouraging colleagues. It has a lot to do with all of the new people now at the company.

Pay is garbage, raises are scarce. Overall very unwilling to reward good employees in terms of pay
