What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team use to lead, now it seems that they are only concerned about themselves verses their team.

Everyone is always ready and willing to help new hires.

They have a good open door policy and are easily accessible

They are everyday people and easy to get along with. Not much inside politics.

Communication is above average and they will join and work with the team when short staffed or needed.

The advice they five us on a weekly basis. They have been greatvat keeping our team motivated even through tough times.

Company has become a mini corporate environment and not in a good way. Company went from a medium size friendly small mid-West atmosphere to now a cut-throat corporate environment without the corporate pay scale.
