Working for 10 years with one raise, no annual reviews. Training new staff without compensation.

I have been performing job functions for years that are not part of my job desrciption. No training within customer service or warranty knowledge has been provided. Multiple discussions with many managers has gotten no where. Poor pay for the amount of work being done.

Wages are told to be hidden, and hard-working employees are shown no incentives or compensation for doing more than those who just collect checks.

I was used in every position but I'm paid no none

The lack of appreciation and hard work we do. Having a leader that makes you feel accepted and not threatened with our jobs or be written up. Also hire employees we are understaffed over worked and under paid. Let's not forget how we get yelled at for OT because it cuts into our mgm bonus
