Great company with great people.
Longevity and warranty. I buy Costco Interstate batteries. They used to have a good price and warranty (100%) for 3 years. Now they are so poorly manufactured that they have a pro-rated warranty from day one. My last group 27 Interstate battery didn't even last 18 months!! VERY POOR QUALITY.
I like the Quality and reliability of the Interstate brand.

flexible. it depends on the job and the trust level and situation. a few work 100% from home.
What are the team outings like at Interstate Batteries?
Outings are pretty fantastic. We have two traditional for everyone around a main office. In Spring we have a field day competition between diverse teams playing silly outdoor games. In Autumn we have a big day of indoor games, motivational speakers, and employee of the year for various divisions are surprised by their families and get a handful of cash. Divisions will do an annual outing like Top Golf or Dave and Busters. Successful project teams will often be treated to a special celebration. They also have a huge penthouse condo at the Nascar track where employees can watch races in style or meet for other events
