Attention to detail and communication
Cooperative and team centered spirit.

Team is great we have great a great bond. It's our mgm who lacks all leadership skills.
We all get along joke around with each other and make coming to work fun not just coming to work because we have to.

Since I'm relatively new to the company it is great learning things from my coworkers who have been with the company for awhile.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Hold meetings regularly and allow others to speak up. Parts of management are only there for themselves
Team engagement. Some employees with the same titles are expected to attend more meetings so the teams are not on the same page.
