Find new upper management people that have skills in the battery business waste Management ever

Communication and providing necessary resources to employees to perform their job functions more efficiently and effectively.

Listening to the concerns of their employees. Communcation is key. Im not even allowed to speak to anyone above my manager.

Management skills .. lack leadership don't lead but example

Finding a MGM who knows how to lead and not sit at his desk and play on his phone and quoting movie lines all day. Someone who knows how to work and not be lazy.
