Working for 10 years with one raise, no annual reviews. Training new staff without compensation.
I have been performing job functions for years that are not part of my job desrciption. No training within customer service or warranty knowledge has been provided. Multiple discussions with many managers has gotten no where. Poor pay for the amount of work being done.
Hold meetings regularly and allow others to speak up. Parts of management are only there for themselves

For the management to tell the truth and not sugarcoat things
Find an MGM with knowledge who is not codependent on others. Who can do his job by himself, an MGM who isn't sitting on his phone all day in his office or goofing around. One that doesn't threaten us with our jobs and to be written up. Because our mgm is to lazy to help when shorthanded
I recently had a medical emergency and now it feels like my superiors are looking for a way to get rid of me because I'm a safety liability.
