As Chief Technology Officer, Bob is responsible for new technology adoption, global IT services, tech deployment and IT security for our partners. He leads our team of engineers, IT security professionals, software developers, data analysts, and technical experts to ensure IntouchCX remains a leader in proprietary and partner technology solutions including AI, machine learning and automation technologies. Bob is also a current board member of Laivly.
Before joining us in 2015, Bob held leadership positions in both technology and operations, most recently as COO of Skip the Dishes, Marketforce and Tell us about us. Bob holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) in Marketing and Finance, as well as a diploma in Information Technology, majoring in Networking and Software Engineering.
