Samantha has over 15 years of experience leading diverse finance and accounting teams. Prior to joining IntouchCX she held leadership roles with Walmart Canada and Norbord Inc. where she spearheaded finance transformation initiatives that integrated and enhanced the financial operations of merged entities, establishing a robust, unified finance team.
Samantha began her career at KPMG in South Africa and BDO in North America where she obtained her Chartered Professional Accountant designation.
