As the IntouchCX’s Chief Legal Officer, Himesh Ghai brings over 17 years of progressive legal and business experience, having advised boards and executive leadership teams on a broad range of strategic and operational matters, with expertise in M&A transactions.
Himesh began his career at Stikeman Elliott LLP where he focused on corporate and securities matters and M&A across multiple industries. He then joined Grainger Canada where he became VP and General Counsel, providing guidance to the company’s executive team on a wide range of legal, corporate M&A, regulatory and strategic matters.
Himesh also served as the VP of Legal at MDA Ltd. where he managed complex corporate, commercial, M&A and litigation matters. Most recently, he was EVP at Kingsdale Advisors where he helped position companies for success by designing strategies that address complex shareholder, governance and transaction related matters.
Himesh holds an LL.B. and an MBA from the Western University.
