Since our start in 2001, Jeff has fueled IntouchCX’s entrepreneurial spirit with his experience in IT, operations, and marketing. His passion for innovative technologies, like artificial intelligence and software development, has helped us become a tech leader in the customer experience industry. He continues to push the expansion of our proprietary, value-driven software suite for our innovative clients. Jeff also holds a business degree from Babson College.
