Shane is a strategic leader who drives IntouchCX’s continued growth and vision across our global network. He has exceptional leadership experience spearheading our global corporate development, finance, accounting, real estate, facilities, technology, HR, and legal groups.
Shane has held the roles of President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Strategy Officer with IntouchCX, leading global initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions. Before joining us in 2014, Shane held the position of VP at Pavillion Financial Corporation / Canterbury Park Capital, where he gained experience in corporate development and private equity. He also previously worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company.
Shane attended the University of Manitoba (BSC), University of Western Ontario - Richard Ivey School of Business (HBA) and Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management (MBA).
