As Chief Revenue Officer, Matt is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all growth and revenue generating strategies, including sales, client growth, innovation and technology, and experience-driven solutions across multiple ecosystems.
Matt has been with IntouchCX since 2010, and has held multiple roles in business development, partner channel, customer experience and social media management. He’s also played an integral role in forming strategic business partnerships that enhance our product and solution offerings. Before joining the IntouchCX team, Matt held senior management roles in customer service, operations, sales and marketing.
He holds a degree in Computer Engineering and an MBA from the University of Manitoba. Matt is also a professional Engineer registered with A.P.E.G.M.
