I think the company has changed drastically from where it was when I started. For the better. The toxicity and secrecy has left and been replaced with transparency and open dialogues.

We have $750 allocated per provider type, rather than a shared $750 limit across all services like massage, physio, etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe no one is afraid to admit when they are wrong, which exemplifies that we have a good positive culture. Toxicity seeps down and infects organizations and I do not believe we have that here. I feel like if I were to say something we are doing as a company is wrong, that I would be heard.
