Its a place that's in transition. There has been earlier moves before my time to bring down the investment in head counts when the tech sector had investors that dropped investment. But over the last two years a new CEO has been helping us execute on strategy. He's very transparent and ethical.

I'm challenged daily to step and learn more. We have an innovation mindset. Our ELT go out of their way to care for employees both in a professional and personal way. We are one team working towards a shared goal.

I'm challenged every day to do good work. My peers are both smart and compassionate. We love the product we're building and improving. We're a market leader. When things get hard, we are transparent and stand up together as a team to swarm issues.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone goes beyond their job description to take on projects and try to solve bigger issues. There isn't a sense of hierarchy when we do work and there's empowerment to make decisions together and prioritize the highest impact work first.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Massage and other similar benefits are from different categories so I can max out both. There is an employee summit every year in New Brunswick that all employees get to go out to. Travel and Entertainment allowances are not low or cheap.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We live at the edge of new technology creation with AI. We have leaders that are people first in ELT. We see decisions being made that are not always easy but help with moving us into better strategic position to capture market share and help our clients succeed. Client engagement is great.
