I'm proud to be at Introhive for almost 4 years. In that time, I've grown to different cross-org roles based on new opportunities that came up/align to my career path and I don't know if that would have happened or been possible anywhere else.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I get to come in every day doing something I really love and work with great people. We all come in with a goal in mind to make a huge impact to our users as a first mindset which contributes to the success of our company. At the core of it all, we are always willing to help each other be successful

Everyone really cares about each other and we make an effort at keeping our local roots alive where Introhive was founded.

In-person benefits while at the office like full kitchen of food, snacks and beverages. The gym membership discount is a good benefit too

There is no toxic environment, everyone gets along and works together well. It does have a family/friend vibe a lot when around people.

Family/friend culture around everyone and you can tell we are invested in taking this company to the next level, truly care about it's success
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing my work, on any given day, can help positively impact our customers day-to-day at work and solving their problems. Seeing validation with our customers and company leadership when this happens
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am stuck in a productive state where the creative juices are flowing. Being in the same room with other colleagues to brainstorm ideas/solutions and we are all just clicking at the same time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are respectful to each other and in how we collaborate. We just work well together especially while in the room. It's fun, productive but we aren't afraid to keep each other accountable and ask the hard questions.
