Transparency; the team seems to keep a very clear line of communication with the company as a whole.

We have a small, but strong team that are willing to learn and grow together and very receptive to feedback,

There is an overall goal, however aspirational, to get proper alignment across the team and all parts of the company seem to embrace that together.
