People are helpful and there is a lack of egos and a reasonable amount of diversity

When there is an ability to filter out distraction and focus in on getting things done
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation does not feel like it is within range for the region based on knowledge of peers in similar roles. Also ranges of roles for the companies are not shared to employees
