Given that most of our leadership team is fairly new, the fact that they are open to ideas and listen to everyone's voice is reassuring for all employees (especially new hires) that the business cares about their opinions.

Everyone on my team is helpful, warm, and welcoming. I felt like a valued member of the team within the first few weeks of starting here, and that feeling has only been strengthened over the last two months. I appreciate the engagement and passion that every team member brings to the table.
