My compensation is below the typical range in the industry and not fully aligned with market value. Fairer pay that reflects skills, experience, and market standards would make team members feel more recognized and motivated.

One of the most positive aspects of the culture is the flexibility of remote work. It allows for better work-life balance, autonomy, and the ability to collaborate effectively across locations while feeling supported by the team.
