
Generally very good, however, as the business has accelerated in growth and a premium is placed on velocity, there is more work than often can be done in a standard business day. Evening email work is often a reality. Weekends are mostly work free.
Really depends on your manager. Mine does not have children so I think she has a different set of priorities not in alignment with those that have young families
At certain times of the year, it’s frankly terrible - but there’s a lot that compensates for that. You adapt to the challenges over time
Its pretty good and awesome. We never have to worry about commuting to work as the main focus is always on delivering awesome!
for Dir and above it is pretty much 24/7. For IC's and line managers it is a good work life balance.
until roles in the new world are cleared up, the work balance is good
Really good! Most don’t work after 6 and never weekends or late nights.
