- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Incentivize performance for teams other than sales. Otherwise loyalty will never get built. You may view all products as things to be commoditized, but the people actually achieving that are not commodities.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Investing in growth areas. Having any semblance of coherent strategy with regards to business unit placement (e.g. ETFs not under investments). Paying investment and tech performers as much as sales is paid. Motivating loyalty. Incentivizing performance.
