What do you like best about the leadership team?
How accessible everyone is, regardless of title. The door is always open for questions, ideas, feedback, etc.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In past jobs/companies, I haven't always felt valued. At InVision, I feel valued and with the benefits offered, I feel they truly care about our mental and physical health, work/life balance, and general well being.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that no one is off limits - in my experience, everyone genuinely wants to get to know you and be of help to one another. It really feels like a truly collaborative team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have never come across an unpleasant person at InVision. Everyone is happy to collaborate and happy to help - regardless of the task at hand. For being a fully remote company, I have never felt like it was hard to connect with anyone at InVision.
