It's a great place to work for the benefits and work / life balance. That said, the product work is not that exciting, and I spend a lot of my day working with bad legacy code. That wouldn't be so bad if there were a clear plan to replace that code, but no one will commit to that.

Everyone is invested in the success of our products.

They seem to have a vision for our main product.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good insurance and high base pay, rather than the possibility of big bonuses.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm not convinced our product strategy is actually that good. Also, there is a serious problem with legacy code, especially on my team.
